An Error has occurred in Smartsheet

Dear Smartsheet team,

One of our key management sheets cannot be accessed. We logged out, logged in, restarted browser, cleared cache, computer, etc.

The message is: An Error has occurred in Smartsheet

It can not be accessed by web or mobile device across all our users.

Please help urgently, our daily production is managed using this sheet.

It sounds like there's an issue with this one specific sheet. Please contact Smartsheet Support so they can look into this with you in a private channel - it will be helpful for them to have the sheet link (like above) along with a screen capture of the specific error message.
