% Complete
Hi
If you have a status that is "Not Applicable"; what is the best practice for assigning % complete to that activity? I have been assigning it as 100% but I don't think that is correct as if just starting a project, the % complete, where there are activities that are "Not Applicable", the % complete would show greater than 0, which would not be correct.
Since % Complete is rolled-up within Smartsheet, how can it essentially ignore counting activities whose status is "Not Applicable"?

Additional note regarding this ticket
For Duration - what should this be set as when an activity is Not-Applicable. While it could be set at "0", I don't want this to be considered a milestone. Not setting to anything?
For a Phase - where all activities are "Not-Applicable" how can they be ignored as well, since duration should be 0; should predecessors also be removed? example below. Duration should be 0 since all activities are "Not-Aplicable".
