Links do not Work

Whenever I publish a Smartsheet, all the links that are in the form of => Open as Smartsheet item

does not work, please let me know a workaround on this as it's Important to publish the sheet and also cannot do static linking, Thanks!

Because the source of that hyperlink is coming internally (link to other Smartsheet) - what you are trying to accomplish is expected & using a "Link to other Smartsheet" as a hyperlink for that cell in a published sheet is not supported however it is a great idea! Please submit an enhancement request to have this considered for future development of Smartsheet.

In the meantime, an alternate solution is to use "Link to URL" instead when using a hyperlink. The URL you may use will not be the direct Smartsheet item URL for this will end up to users having to request access to the Smartsheet item unless they are shared directly to it. You will need to publish the Smartsheet item & use the published URL instead for the "Link to URL" when hyperlinking in the cell.

Yes, but the problem is when we duplicate the workspace we again have to link/update all the URLs!
