VLOOKUP Issue

I am using a simple VLOOKUP formula. It is working for the first two rows but not after that. It is returning random numbers or "NO MATCH". Why am I experiencing this issue?

Here is my formula

=VLOOKUP([MD Name]@row, {MD Prior Month Prod}, 8

Try something like this.

=VLOOKUP([MD Name]@row, {MD Prior Month Prod}, 8,false)
