Sending Line Item Information

Is there a way to send the information on a line item on a Smartsheet, along with notes and attachments, to someone else via email? What are the requirements necessary to be able to do that and are there different options available?

You can do this with automations. You need to be a licensed user to create automations and alerts.

Alternatively, you can @tag the person in a comment and that sends them a link to the specific row you are commenting on. https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/get-started/conversations
