What formula do I use to change cells once another cell changes?

Basically for me it's once an item is selected in the form it will then change 2 other cells in the row. These 2 new cells will have email addresses that will be used for an automated status emails. I am new to the formula/functions in Smartsheet.

If it's a fixed number of email addresses, you can use the "Change Cell Value" automation.

If it is a long list, you may need to use VLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH functions.
