Referencing Cells in Another worksheet in a workgroup

I am attempting to reference a cell from another worksheet and am getting prompted that I do not have permission.

I am the owner of the master sheet.

I am also the owner of the template the referenced sheet was created from.

Both sheets are in a workgroup I created.

How can I complete this action?

Update. I figured it out. I had to refresh the master sheet. After refreshing everything worked. Apparently, I had made changes in another window that had not updated in my master sheet window.
