SmartSheet Splash Screen

Hi

I believe the answer is No but wanted to check. I have published a form that we would want to have our external customers to complete. Prior to showing the form, the SmartSheet Splash screen is shown then the form. Is there a way for the splash screen to be disabled?

@Carol-Anne Cerbone Ah, I see what you are referring to. Here is a basic form that is similar in appearance to other forms I publish. It never has a splashscreen preceding it. Nor does it require users to log in.

I do have security turned off, which has been cleared with our security folks.

@Carol-Anne Cerbone We use that splash screen to provide information about how to fill out the form or how to get more help. We also embed our own logo and change the colour to match corporate colours.

Have you gone into the Setting tab on the form designer? Maybe change to a side-by-side layout?

Or clicked on the

button to change colours?

@Dale Murphy - Thanks for the quick feedback. There isn't an option within the Settings Tab to remove the SmartSheet splash screen. This screen comes up even when you log into SmartSheet. I have attached a screen shot
