Creating a Conditional Formatting Rule that includes two columns

Hi!

I'd like to create a conditional formatting rule that highlights rows red when Actual Hours exceed Projected Hours. Is there a way to do this?

Yes, but you'll have to add a so-called helper column with a formula for the calculation and then reference that in the rule.
