PMO template questions

I’m relatively new to Smartsheet, and I’m trying to use the PMO template as the basis of my design, but I have a couple of questions:

1) I see other posts on this Community talking about the step-by-step instructions for the PMO template, but I can’t locate those instructions. Can someone point me in the right direction?

2) What is the purpose of the Project Metadata sheet included in the PMO template? Can’t that information just live in the Project Intake Sheet and be referenced from there?

2. There are multiple ways to structure a solution. One way is the cell-linking method with the Metadata sheet, and another would be to use the Intake sheet for it instead and use a cross-sheet formula structure instead. (VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH).
