Does anyone know out there, how I can copy and paste a list of contacts for approvers?

There isn't currently a way to bulk-add a list of contacts to a Contact Column in its Properties, you will need to paste in each individual contact to add it to the column.

You could bulk-upload contacts to your My Smartsheet Contacts. Then, once the contacts are in your My Contacts, if you start typing their name or email in a Contact Column they will appear as an option in the dropdown helper list (see the bottom of this article).
