Utilizing a Template

I located this template while searching on google, but it's only available when starting a Free account? My corporation has a Smartsheet account I want to use this template is that possible?

Based on the screen capture, it looks like you're accessing the template from this page: https://www.smartsheet.com/content/milestone-templates

This contains a number of templates that anyone can access, whether they have Smartsheet or not, that are built in either Excel, Word, or PDF (depending on the template).

If you're looking for something similar in Smartsheet, all the Smartsheet templates are located in the Solution Center (the + icon on the left side bar):

There are a number of Project template sets in the Solution Center, including the Project Tracking and Rollup set and the Objective and Key Result tracker set.
