Formula(s) to highlight missing time submissions

Hello,

I have a front-end form used to collect an employee's name, date, and login time each morning. The same form collects an employee's name, date, logout time and daily work log at the end of that same day, so each employee should have two rows created each day.

Is there a formula that can cross-check the date field with the employee name field to ensure two rows exist for each employee for each day? If so, I may be able to use conditional formatting to highlight rows that don't equal 2.

In the end, it'll save me a lot of time if SS can highlight those employees who don't submit two time submissions each day. I hope that makes sense.

IF(Date@row <> "", IF(COUNTIFS(Date:Date, Date@row, 
Employee:Employee, Employee@row) > 1, 1))
