Can you use Smartsheet to create a block schedule from data on another sheet?

I need to create a block schedule that will provide a visual representation of the timeline of an event. All of the event times and locations are located on a sheet that is in Grid view. Is there a way to create a visual block chart from this data?

It almost sounds as if you are looking for Gantt view.

I don't have a sample that I can share but the block schedule would need to look similar to this. I would need the source sheet to flow into a block schedule that is separated into times, dates and locations.

Yes, that's possible. You'd need to add a so-called helper sheet and use cross-sheet formulas to connect them.
