Adding a new row in Metrics sheet with Control Center/Global Updates

Can you add a new row to the project metrics sheet template and push it out to existing projects with Global updates?

This depends on what you mean by the "project metrics sheet template". With Global Updates, you can add new Profile Data in your Control Center portfolio (see: Control Center Global Updates: Profile Data). This would add new Profile Data rows to the summary section of one or more templates in projects. Is this what you were looking to do?
