Currency view on Calendar

Having trouble showing currency view in my Smartsheet calendar. The data set it is pulling from has the right formatting. not sure what i may be doing wrong.

For example, I have different teams providing updates in a Grid view. I would like to have multiple versions of a form where each person on the contact list gets a form that already has their team selected. Any advice on the easiest way to set this up? Thank you!
View owned items before removing a license
I need to remove a license from a user and when I do I'm asked if I want to transfer all their owned items to a new user. How do I see what items they own? I've downloaded the Sheet Access Report and this user doesn't show up anywhere in the "Owners" column. Thanks. Bart
