Is there a way to show the sheet name in calendar view of a report?
I am trying to pull together multiple project schedules into a report that I can view as a calendar- basically showing the key milestones from several projects on a single calendar. When I am in Gantt view, I can clearly see which project sheet each milestone comes from, but, when I switch to calendar view, I only see the primary column information. Is there a way to add the sheet name, or even just add a two-letter code, to the calendar view? Images attached for reference. Thanks in advance!

Hi @AllieF
I hope you're well and safe!
You'd have to add it to the task name to include it. You could add a formula that makes it simpler to get a naming convention.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week & Happy New Year!

Thanks for the suggestion Andree. I suppose I could try a column formula to add the name in- I will give that a try. Thanks!

Excellent!
You're more than welcome!
Yes, a column formula is what I would use as well, and you could also use the sheet summary section to add the sheet name and then reference it in the formula.

I am trying to reference the sheet name from the summary but my formula keeps coming up as #unparseable
Do I need to do anything special to reference the sheet summary?
Thanks very much for the help!

Happy to help!
Try something like this.
=[Sheet Name]#
Did that work?

I can get it to work using the formula you suggest. However, I was originally trying to join the sheet name (from sheet summary) to the task name with an underscore between, so my original formula was =Join([Sheet Name]#:[Task Name]63, "_")
So, ideally it would output as "HZ_Final Files Due" or something along those lines. However, it is still saying #unparseable. Do I need to have it as two separate actions? Adding the Sheet Name to a new column and then join in a 3rd column?

You can't include the sheet summary in the JOIN function. It has to be added before or after.
Make sense?
