I am not receiving notifications from the mobile app when a task is assigned to me.

Hello,

I am signed in to Smartsheet with my work email address on the web. I have added myself with my personal email address as an editor, signed in via the mobile app.

Even though all push notifications are switched on in the app, I am not receiving the notifications when a sheet shared with my personal account is edited or even if a task is assigned to my personal account.

Ensure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).

I certainly have all notifications switched on in the app and on the web.

I noticed this morning that I had received notifications from yesterday. So, maybe the notifications are coming through - just very delayed.
