Large multi line documents

Before I go delving in and creating a large sheet I need to ask how does Smart Sheet function with sheets containing 20ish columns and 1000's of rows?

This is in relation to the way Excel would struggle to handle particularly large files.

Also what are the recommendations on backing up Smart Sheet docs?

I hope you're well and safe!

There are some limits to be aware of, but you're not close to the limits with 20 columns and 1000 + rows.

Sheet and Imported File Size Maximums

A sheet cannot exceed a total of 500,000 cells—that is, when multiplied together, the number of rows and columns in your sheet cannot exceed this number.

NOTE: Imported files have the same restrictions and cannot exceed 50 MB.

Sheet Component( Maximum)

Rows 20,000

Columns 400

Cells 500,000

Inbound Cell Links 20,000

Unique cells referenced in cross-sheet formulas 100,000

Sheet maximums:

Rows: 20,000

Columns: 400

Cells: 500,000

Characters in a cell: 4,000

Would that work?
