Sheet Access
Hello! I am trying to give sheet access to people outside of our organization. Some have no problem accessing it, but people within a specific company with that company email address cannot access it. It seems if they work in that specific company they cannot get access. Why would this happen? They are our biggest client so it's causing problems.

Also: when they fill out a form and check the box to receive a copy of their responses they do not receive the copy.
Could their email host be blocking Smart Sheets on their end?

If its specific to one company its probably an issue on their end. Probably their IT department has restrictions in place for "Security".
