The form is already created and I share it with external partners. I'd like to include a document so they see it when receiving the link to the form. Meaning I want to share a form with another document attached:

To add to Paul's excellent advice/answer.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Use a Dashboard and have the document on one side and the form on the other.
• Include a link to the document in the form to open it separately.

Would any of those options work/help?

Thank you both.

As I said, the Form is already created and shared with external partners so they can submit their proposals.

A Dashboard will not work for that reason.

I'd like to include a document in the form so that when an external partner receives a link, it will show the Form ready to be filled out and submitted, and also will show the other attached guidelines document.

You can put a link in the form description field to a onedrive, box, or other cloud file storage,

I missed the part where it was already shared.

The best option would probably be the link-in form option.

So the hyperlink is crated in a cell in the actual sheet, correct? not in the form

The problem is that because the form is going externally, not sure how I can have it available
