is it possible to include a formula in an alert workflow?

EX: alert workflow includes specific cells. How can I tell the workflow to automatically only include cell fields that are greater than (0)

Pharmacist: {{Pharmacist - IMT- (provided)}}

Pharm Tech: {{Pharm Tech - IMT-(provided)}}

RN: {{RN - IMT- (provided)}}

LPN: {{LPN - IMT-(provided)}}

CNA: {{CNA- IMT- (provided)}}

EMT: {{EMT - Paramedic - IMT- (provided)}}

Med Tech/MA: {{Med Tech/MA - IMT-(provided)}}

NP: {{NP - IMT-(provided)}}

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Add so-called helper columns for each, use formulas instead, and reference them in the Alert.

Would that work/help?

@Andrée Starå what would that look like to add helper columns/ formulas?

and would that possibly solve automatically including fields that are greater than 0? that way if another column is 0 it will not populate in the alert

to be transparent I am totally brand new.
