what does the new feature do in forms

Makes sense. Second question. How can I manage the dropdowns in a sheet by linking the content to a reference sheet. I have seen an external solution, but can i do this using data shuttle?

it is abit complicated. I have created a tool with multiple sheets that have workflow to copy a row based on answers comming from a form. So far so good. I have 11 sheet that are comming into the actionlist. Because of the amount of coloms and the 400 colomn restriction in smartsheet i had to find a solution to solve this. The way i have then that is by using numbers for the colomns, so now i can get all the copied rows in one sheet. Here is my issue, if i want to create a report or export i only see the numbers and not the questions. Each sheet i have used the first row to store the actual question as a reference. I would like to use that row including the datarow that i want to send out using for example request update or inform a contant. Do you have an idea how to solve this? Thx for your time and effort. 🥴👍

You would probably need to add a so-called helper column for each question and then reference the first row (could also add the questions to the Sheet Summary and reference it there so you could make it a column formula). You'd then use those columns in the Update Request and similar, and you could also use the Placeholder feature.
