Fill Form Anonymously as Administrator

Hello!
My manager has the only license in the company, so he's the administrator, I suppose. Is it possible for him to fill out the form with the anonymous web-form email address? Can we change what's already associated with his work email back to the anonymous one? Thanks!

Thank you for explaining your scenario further! No; when a notification is triggered by a web form submission it will show the Sheet Owner as the name on the notification. (See: Overview of Automated Notifications Sent via Smartsheet).

Hi @skyo
If you go to the Settings tab in the form you can make sure that the Security feature of making your users sign in to Smartsheet to access the form is turned off.
This will identify each form submission as coming from a "Form User" without associating it with any email, meaning that your manager could submit content through the form anonymously.

Thanks, @Genevieve P. ! I suppose that leads to another question: If we apply this setting when a user submits a form response, will company-wide notification emails sent out from Smartsheet then be associated with an anonymous or "form user" email address? That's our primary goal.
