Workflow for adding a record from a form

My sheet has a form where people request a service. Filling out the form creates a record in my sheet. I also have a workflow that sends the requestor an email confirmation, with the details of the request, when a new record is added to a sheet. If two people are entering a request from the form at the same time (or within a few minutes of each other) the workflow sends an email combining both requests. How can I ensure that each individual request triggers a separate workflow instance?

You could use the Placeholder feature to force it to be separate alerts.

Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.
