Create or change lead/lag from gantt chart

Is there a way to enable smartsheet to create or change lead/lag times when I move a gantt chart task that has dependencies before and after?

Lag and Lead days are manual entries set in the Predecessor cell. There currently isn't a way to use a formula or automate changing these numbers other than manually adjusting them. Please let the Product team know of your feedback through this form, here!
