How can i get response from support

My account has been auto-renewed even i confirmed with the Sales I DO NOT need renewal and charged on my credit card. I then followed the Sales' s advice on cancelling the account but the cancellation date could only be stopped on next year! I have submitted several tickets regarding this issue and request on refund. But no response at all and no more update from the Sales.

What can i do to confirm my refund is in process? I am totally disappointed with the poor service i have experienced.
