How can i get response from support
My account has been auto-renewed even i confirmed with the Sales I DO NOT need renewal and charged on my credit card. I then followed the Sales' s advice on cancelling the account but the cancellation date could only be stopped on next year! I have submitted several tickets regarding this issue and request on refund. But no response at all and no more update from the Sales.
What can i do to confirm my refund is in process? I am totally disappointed with the poor service i have experienced.

I checked in again with Finance today. They confirmed they reached out last week and that this issue should now be resolved! If you have any further questions please feel free to respond to the email they sent you.
