Large Project

Hi,

I am PMing a project for which there are countless details and deadlines.

I have created a report that speaks to 11 other sheets. Each sheet is a branch of the project, e.g. Finances, delivery schedule, etc.

This worked, but was a lot of information to comb through, does anyone have templates or any ideas on how to simplify my organization process?

I'd recommend creating a Dashboard/Portal that gives a quick overview of everything.
