Nesting ISBLANK within IF(AND) Statements
Hello,
I have successfully established a formula link between two date columns (Start & Finish) and my 3 status trackers (Completed, In Progress, Not Started). The formula I have used successfully is:
=IF(AND(Start@row > TODAY(), Finish@row > TODAY()), "Not Started", IF(AND(Start@row < TODAY(), Finish@row > TODAY()), "In Progress", IF(AND(Start@row < TODAY(), Finish@row < TODAY()), "Completed")))
Now, however, any columns with blank Start / Finish dates are defaulting to "Completed". I would rather have them default as blank.
I attempted to nest ISBLANK in there as follows:
=IF(AND(Start@row > TODAY(), Finish@row > TODAY()), "Not Started", IF(AND(Start@row < TODAY(), Finish@row > TODAY()), "In Progress", IF(AND(Start@row < TODAY(), Finish@row < TODAY()), "Completed"), IF(ISBLANK(Start@Row), ""))
But that's throwing the your syntax isn't quite right error.
Any recommendations? Thanks all!

Try the below:
=IF(ISBLANK(Start@row),"",IF(Start@row > TODAY(), "Not Started", IF(Finish@row > TODAY(), "In Progress", "Completed")))
