SHARING RESTRICTIONS

We have a wholesale price list which we want to be able to provide live updates to our resellers.

Our challenge is:

1) How can we share to multiple resellers without each being able to see who else is shared?

2) We don't want to have to export a single report e.g. PDF every time there is a change.

3) It would be a given that most resellers would not use Smartsheet themselves.

4) Publishing a sheet does not seem to have sufficient restriction capabilities if we wanted to delete a user sometime in the future or stop the link being shared to other parties.

• Smartsheet Premium App, Dynamic View
• Smartsheet Premium App, WorkApps (available from Enterprise and up)

Unfortunately, no.

Dynamic View is a Premium add-on, and WorkApps is included from Enterprise and up.

Do the resellers only need to view the information? How many resellers?

2. Only a handful at this stage

Ok.

I'd recommend creating one report for each with a filter that only shows that Resellers Price List and Publish the Report and share.

Just to confirm....I can't share the source sheet without the users being able to see who else is shared....correct?

This would be the ideal solution for me as I could highlight updates and set up workflow

Unfortunately, you're correct.

Another option could be to create a copy of the sheet using cross-sheet formulas/cell-linking and then share that individual sheet with the Reseller instead.
