Any current method to see all Automated workflows a specific person is named in?

If an employee moves on from a role and is replaced I need to switch all the automations they are named in to the new person. Right now multiple different sheet owners have to search though dozens and dozens of work flows across many sheets.

We'd like a better way to manage all workflows related to a specific smartsheet asset too such as sheets, reports, dashboards that are automatically being sent out. It's difficult to trace how workflows are triggering assets.
