RAG Symbol won't pull through

Good afternoon Smartsheet Community,

I have a collection of different sheets that pull into 1 main dashboard and one of sheets's Red/Amber/green Symbol wont pull through and i cant for the life of me work out why.

Please could anyone give any tips/tricks?
