CHANGE ON SITE AFTER IS CONFIRMED

I have a column “Equipment Order Status” that has a dropdown (Ordered, On Site, Shipped, Delivered) and another column “Equipment Confirmed Arrived” that has a dropdown (Not Confirmed, Confirmed). I would like when I choose from Equipment Confirmed Arrived” column the option “Confirmed” the column “Equipment Order Status” changes from whatever the status is to “On Site”. BUT I want to be able to use the dropdown in “Equipment Order Status” because when the status is “Delivered” I need to change the “Equipment Confirmed Arrived” to “Confirmed” when the site manager confirms he received.

I appreciate your help very much!

You cannot have both. It will have to be either completely manual entry or completely automated.

You can create a "change value" automation.

Your workflow should be:

Trigger: When rows are changed

When: Equipment Confirmed Arrived changes to: Confirmed

Change cell value: Equipment Order Status

On Site

Only one row changed, and the other ones didn't change.

I check again today, and the cell value automation didn't change to On Site when I chose "Confirmed". Any suggestion?

Let's try changing the trigger to "when rows are added or changed".

Is the "Versa Equipment Confirmed Arrived" column a cell link column? From my understanding, cell link column can only be triggered if it's set to a certain time.

For some reason they are working now without changing what you mentioned above. I will keep watching this, if they stop working then I will try what you mentioned above.
