Report Sorting Issue

Hello there,

I have a report that I filter by resource then finish date, then by designer status (See below). Some of my resources schedules are getting split up but others are not. Please advise.

The Contact column should be sorted in order of the email address associated with each contact, or the Display Name if there is no email address.

Is it possible that the contact for Natalie in that one sheet has a different email than the contact for Natalie in the other sheets? Can you try using the Group feature by that resource column to see if it groups all of Natalie's rows together?

If you've checked this and the email address is the exact same, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support so you can provide them with additional details (the email addresses, etc) and they can troubleshoot with you in a private channel.

Thank you for your response. The emails are all the same and I just tried grouping them. I will need to reach out to SS support soon.
