Dashboard Templates that can be populated with data from rows

I create individual dashboards each quarter for 15-20 projects then I have to manually link all fields. Is there a way to create a dashboard template that can be linked to the projects that will populate the fields, creating the dashboards? Like a mail merge. The closest I could find to what I'm looking to do is with documents that can be created with fillable PDF documents and synced with rows.

Anyone have any helpful tips?
