Can an update request be sent more often than once a day when it is set to be time triggered?

It has to be via time trigger since I have to send multiple rows for updating

Yes, but you'd need to add multiple Workflows (one for each time).

was hoping to workout a way without resorting to multiple workflows. guess will have to go with it
