I am new to Smartsheet workflows.

I have a Form connected to a sheet that has multiple data points. I want to:

Prepopulate some of the fields on the Form,
Send the Form to our Sales Team to complete the rest of the Form.

How do I accomplish these goals?

We could use the URL-query feature or/and the Update Request Feature.

Does Smartsheet allow you to prepopulate MULTIPLE fields on a form?

Yes, you can use the URL-Query feature for multiple fields.
