Conditional Formatting When Multiple Values Are Selected
I am having trouble getting our Smartsheet to apply conditional formatting if we have two values selected within the cell (see image).
Goal: If Geography has North America and EMEA and APAC selected, we want the cell to appear red. (having same issue if only two are selected also). Currently even with the rule in place, any of our items that have more than one Geography chosen are defaulting to light blue right now.

With multi-value columns, you may need to try using CONTAINS, instead of EQUALS.

Hi @JennOliver
I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Jason's excellent advice/answer.
- Beware that it will also be true if those two values and other values are selected simultaneously.
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
