Import Smartsheets to Microsoft Power BI and keep card view row order.

Hello All,

My goal is to pull the Smartsheet's data base and keep the card view order of my IDs. It seems as of now When I import it it give me row order instead of card order.

Example

ID order:

5 -> Multiple rows of data

3

2

etc..

Would need my table visual in power bi to keep that order. If the cards in Smartsheet's is changed, the next scheduled update I would want the table to update accordingly.

Is this a feature I can implement?

    Hi @Jacque Trahan

There currently isn't a way to pull the card order via the API; the order of data will be based on the Grid View row order, as you've found. Please submit your feedback to the Product team by filling in this form, here!

    Thanks,

    Genevieve

Having Smartsheet connecting to power BI is a gamer changer already and very excited to be able to use. If there is ever a time where we could get the card view to line up as smart sheets shows it is next level gamer change for the field I am in.

Thank you for your quick response.
