Count-If in a Multi-Select Column
Hey Everyone,
I am currently trying to build a metrics page which gathers information from some of my workflow. On one of my sheets I have a column which lists various status'. My employee selects the status' that are most appropriate for an individual. In many cases, there are more than one status selections given to the same person.
Example:
John Doe is in the following status' "Document Request" and "Pre-qualification Review"
I am essentially wanting to count the amount of files that are in Document Request, and the amount of files that are in Pre-Qualification.
The formula I was attempting to use was =COUNTIF({Underwriting Tracker Range 1}, CONTAINS ("READY FOR UNDERWRITING", {Underwriting Tracker Range 1}). But it is yielding me a 0 result. I know this incorrect because there are at least 4 which contain that status.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi @Andrew Dennis ,
Try using HAS instead of CONTAINS. https://help.smartsheet.com/function/has
