How to backup only the sheets, and do not include attachments?

We have been using the Java API to backup our data. Since SS cannot keep the attachment links, It is not very useful, and it just takes up time and storage space.

Is there a way to backup only sheets in excel file format?

I've tried these parameters in properties file, but no success:

downloadThreads=0 (not quite sure what it is)

allDownloadsDoneTimeout=0

I don't know if you can change it in the API not to include the Attachments, but another option would be the built-in backup feature to export it to Excel files.

We want to backup daily, so I am trying to find another way than the built-in feature. Of course you can backup the sheets only with it, but you need to do it manually one by one.

At this moment, I suppose it is not possible to backup only sheets with Java API.

Bad thing is that even the full backup does not finish. It stops around 270GB. Is this because I am trying it daily and Smartsheet does not allow these huge backups as frequent as daily?
