Workflow Manager not opening on a specific sheet.


I am on day 3 of not being able to access the Workflow Manager on our most used sheet. This specific sheet is the only one that is giving me this issue when trying to open the Workflow Manager and we need to make some changes as soon as possible. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I have contacted Smartsheet support but they have yet to reply 3 days later.

    We recently received reports of this happening on specific sheets where a Workflow does not have a name associated with it. This is a known issue and we are actively working on applying a fix, however I don't have an ETA on when this may be resolved.

    In the meantime, please see if any of your shared users are able to access the Workflow builder and add names to any workflows that are missing a title.
