Reports & permissions - showing up blank
I'm having trouble with someone viewing a report I shared. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
I created a report that is saved in in a workspace. The person I want to share the report with does not have any permissions to view/use the workspace. However, I shared just the report with this person and made them a Viewer. I can see the full report on my end, but they only see a blank report when they try to open it. I've also tried saving a copy of the report in a different workspace this person has full access to, and it is still blank when they open it.
I haven't had this issue sharing reports with others, so I'm not entirely sure what's going on. Do I have to share the entire workspace in order for them to view the report? Or is there another way around this?

You'd need to share the underlying sheet(s) because the viewer would only see what is shared with them.
