How to create a Survey for specific rows?

I had included a link to survey based on the status update of my rows. However, the survey responses are getting populated to the tracker on next line instead of same row for which the survey is meant.

Hi @Andrée Starå I did try Request update and it worked (Y) thanks..

I realised what went wrong. Instead of adding Feedback columns to the sheet, I was creating a additional form for feedback and creating a Survey automation which led to the entries being captured in next line
