Names of smart sheet users

Hi all,

Could you please advice why is the name of the different users differs from one to another?

Some people have their first & second name, some others have just their e-mail.

How contacts appear in a contact column will depend on a few factors. If the Contact have a Smartsheet account, then the Name that appears along with the email is the name they've set up in their Personal Settings (along with the profile picture, etc). See: Manage Your Personal Profile

If the Contacts don't have a Smartsheet account, you can add a Contact with a Name to your personal Contact List, see: Manage contacts in the My Smartsheet Contacts list

You can also add a name to an email by double-clicking on the contact in the cell. The field on the left is the Name, the field on the right is the Email:
