Looking up for multiple results

Hello there,

I have a sheet that houses a list of contacts, one contact by row. Each contact belongs to one category and thus a category can have more than one contact. I cannot group the contacts of same category into a cell because I will also use this contact sheet as outlook contact list by which I can directly copy and paste the email addresses onto outlook recipient box. I have another sheet having contact person column referencing to this contact sheet so that corresponding notifications will be sent to those people. By using vlookup, I can only draw one cell result per each criterion. What kind of function can I use in order to call all the contacts of the same category into a cell? Or any other workaround I can apply?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• One contact per row, maybe grouped as Parent/Children
