Link from one cell to another entire row on a different sheet

It is possible to have a link from one cell on one sheet to open and view an entire row of data on another sheet?

I have two sheets about projects that both have the same field with the project ID but each sheet holds different data. Can I create the ID column in one sheet to be a link that opens the corresponding same ID in the other sheet and show all the data in the row?

For example it would open to this view of the row data.

It's not currently possible to create a cell-link or formula that would pop-up the corresponding row like this. What I would suggest doing is create a Report from both sheets, then you can Group by the ID column so you can see both rows of data together.

You could always have a link to the Report in one sheet, so if you need to hop over to the other one you could go to the Report instead and find the matching ID from there.
