Limit access to underlying sheets using Dynamic View

In my organisation, I have designed our Smartsheet solution so that all stakeholders use Reports to fulfil their daily tasks, the only department needing to access the underlying data sheets is Project Management. Is there a way using Dynamic View I can restrict access to the underlying sheets to everyone other than my team, without this affecting visibility on their reports?

Another option could be the Premium App, WorkApps, where you can set it up by Role, and more.
