Unique instances based off of 2 columns
Hello, I need help with a formula that would count unique instances in 1 column based of information in another column. Please see below, how do I count the number of unique names there are in column 1 based off the name "Yvan" in column 3.

=COUNT(DISTINCT(COLLECT([Column1]:[Column1], [Column3]:[Column3], "Yvan")))
