Hi!

I have one SmartSheet that is a master list of all things materials that I either have already translated or need to be translated. I would like to create another SmartSheet for people to sign up to translate all materials that haven't been translated, using a contact column, and I would like for my master sheet to feed into this new SmartSheet sign-up so that when someone signs up, it automatically updates my master sheet. Only the materials that need to be translated should feed into this new SmartSheet for people to sign up to translate. Is there a way to effectively do this so that I am not giving access to my master list to people?

You can use Reports to make a filtered version of your master sheet. But allowing other people to manipulate the data in the report will require a Smartsheet account I guess.
